之前看了一本書叫做PreFab，如果要我自己翻譯，我可能會解釋成預鑄組裝屋。
繼鋼筋水泥之後的建築大革新，蓋房子的另外一種可能。
簡單的概念就是一比一建築模型，房子可以在工廠做一做，然後搬到工地現場去組裝。

其實這個想法在澳洲、美國中部及北歐國家已經"有點"普遍了，
很多案子都已經紛紛成形，最近在英國也有個新概念M-Hotel，
千萬不要以為組裝起來的建物水電問題很大，其實在功能性方面一點問題也沒有。
以下就是倫敦的case，看起來其實挺舒服，而且也便宜多了的新式概念旅館，
建造成本與管理費用都相對減低，也算是節能(節省成本)建築的一種吧?@@...

Home from home M-hotel aims to end isolation of long-term guests

Architect Tim Pyne has unveiled his new concept in self-catering hotels, the M-hotel.
The temporary building — which is pre-planning and is designed to be on its site on Sclater Street in London's Hoxton for only eight years — is intended for use by business people who need to stay in London short term, but who don't want to stay in a conventional hotel.
Pyne is already known for his critically acclaimed M-house, the off-site manufactured two-bedroom bungalow he designed with Michael Howe of Mae Architects. He said his
36-unit hotel would benefit those sick of the isolation big hotels can bring — as seen in the film Lost in Translation.
「When I did Tokyo Design Week, I found myself in exactly that situation. The M-hotel is the opposite of that,」 he said.
「Hoxton is surrounded by tower blocks, but nearly all the companies are European. They have nowhere for their employees to live.」
He added that the M-hotel's living room could be divided to make an extra bedroom, so that employees' families could come and visit at weekends.
The project's units slot into a steel frame. The building will be clad in an insulated panel system, with decorative film bonded to the outer layer of steel.
Pyne expects to submit a planning application for the scheme within the next two months, with work due to start on the hotel this summer and to be completed by the end of the year.
